TRIPSAFE FAQ’S
1. How do we go about placing an order?
A. Online or over the phone by credit card. Credit terms are available for Government organisations if the order is faxed or emailed. We only accept MasterCard and Visa.
2. Can we cut it and will it fray?
A: You can cut it with sharp scissors, a Stanley knife or hot knife. The inner material is PVC and will not fray, you can glue or tape the edge stitching to prevent unravelling.
3. Can I raise a purchase order?
A: We accept purchase order requests from government agencies and facilities, councils, schools and universities.
4. Do you have a distributor local to us?
A: No, it is all dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia” . However we ship both nationally with delivery times of 1-3 days as well as internationally.
5. Does it stick to floorboards or do you have a product that will?
A: Tripsafe Classic does not stick to hard floors but Tripsafe for Hard floors is now available on this site.
6. How long will it take to ship to me?
A: Depending on your location, average delivery times are 1-3 days.
7. Can you send a Tax Invoice?
A: A Tax invoice is always sent with the goods.
8. Can I return the product if I am not satisfied?
A: Should you wish to return a Tripsafe cable cover you must email or phone us and send the item back to us within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. Once the returned Tripsafe has been received in good order you will be refunded the purchase price less the postage.
